How It Works
My Process
As guests stop by my table I’ll take their photo to use as a reference. From the photo I create custom watercolor illustrations of 1-2 people on A5 cardstock paper. I’m able to paint each guest in 5-6 minutes. Once the painting is done the guest can pick it up and keep it as the perfect event keepsake.
Rates
My rate is $200 per hour with a 2 hour minimum booking. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Day of Event
I will only require a table and a chair.
I’ll bring lighting, table cloth, and painting supplies.
I’m able to work very quickly and over the full time of booking. I will need a quick food break and bathroom break as needed.
FAQs
How many guest?

I can paint 8-10 portraits per hour, so please that this into account when determining how many hours to book. If there is not enough time to paint everyone at the venue I can finish them in the studio at a rate of $120 per hour.
Is there a travel fee?

Events based in Traverse City and within a 30 mile radius are free. Travel for events outside of this range with be chargeable along with accomodations if necessary.
What size and preservation is used?

I do all illustrations on a A5 card paper. I package all illustrations in a cellophane wrapper for protection.
